SYY today officially launched its new line of high-flex drag chain cables, expanding its industrial connectivity portfolio to support continuous motion applications in robotic automation, machine tools, conveyor systems and packaging equipment across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.
The new cable lineup is engineered for 10 million+ bending cycles with a minimum bending radius of 7.5× cable diameter, making it suitable for high-speed, continuous-flex drag chain installations. Cables feature oil-resistant, wear-resistant TPE or PVC jackets, tinned copper conductors and optimized strand construction to withstand repeated flexing, vibration and mechanical stress. Shielded versions with aluminum foil and copper braid are also available for EMI-sensitive servo, encoder and sensor circuits.
