SYY today officially launched its new line of industrial CAT6A shielded Ethernet cables, expanding its industrial connectivity portfolio to support high-speed data transmission in smart factory, automation and industrial IoT environments.
The new CAT6A cables feature a double-shielded construction — aluminum foil wrap + tinned copper braid — providing superior EMI/RFI immunity in electrically noisy factory floors with motors, drives and high-voltage equipment. They support data rates up to 10Gbps and 500MHz bandwidth, making them fully compatible with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and other mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols. Cable jackets are available in PVC or LSZH (low-smoke zero-halogen) formulations, rated for operating temperatures from -20°C to +75°C, suitable for both indoor and protected outdoor installations.

Available in 24AWG solid or stranded conductors, the cables can be supplied in bulk reels or custom-cut lengths, with optional factory-terminated RJ45 connectors and overmolded strain relief. All products comply with RoHS, CE and ISO/IEC 11801 standards, and undergo 100% continuity and performance testing before shipment.
