SYY today announced an expansion of its DC power cable product line, adding new panel-mount barrel connectors, Y-split power cables and bare-end pigtail leads to serve growing demand from industrial equipment, CCTV security, solar PV and LED lighting sectors.
The expanded lineup includes threaded panel-mount DC jacks in 5.5×2.1mm and 5.5×2.5mm specifications, with front and rear mounting options for secure enclosure installation. Y-splitter cables enable one power source to feed two DC devices, ideal for security camera setups and dual-device industrial enclosures. All cables are available in 18AWG to 22AWG conductor sizes, with PVC or low-temperature jackets, and custom lengths from 0.3m to 10m.
“Our industrial and OEM customers increasingly need DC power solutions built for specific installation environments, not just off-the-shelf cords,” said the SYY product manager. “This expansion adds both standard SKUs and fully custom assemblies, so customers can source exactly what they need from a single supplier.”
All DC power cables undergo 100% continuity and insulation resistance testing before shipment, and comply with RoHS, CE and REACH standards. Custom overmolding, strain relief and private labeling are also available for OEM projects.
