SYY today officially launched its new line of shielded balanced audio cables, expanding its industrial audio connectivity portfolio for public address systems, security intercoms, factory broadcasting and industrial sound installations.
The new audio cables feature a dual-shielded construction — aluminum foil inner wrap + tinned copper braid outer shield — delivering maximum rejection of EMI and RFI interference from nearby motors, power cables and industrial equipment. They use 2×24AWG stranded oxygen-free copper conductors with PE insulation, supporting full frequency response from 20Hz to 20kHz with minimal signal loss and crosstalk. Cable jackets are available in flexible PVC or LSZH formulations, rated for operating temperatures from -20°C to +75°C, suitable for both indoor rack mounting and exposed industrial runways.
“Industrial audio systems often operate in electrically noisy environments where unshielded cables suffer from hum and interference,” said the SYY product manager. “This balanced audio line delivers clean, consistent signal performance even in dense factory and infrastructure settings, with the flexibility of custom lengths and connector configurations.”
Available in standard bulk reels or custom-cut lengths, the cables can be factory-terminated with XLR, 6.35mm TRS, RCA or terminal block connectors. All products comply with RoHS and CE standards, and undergo 100% continuity and signal testing before shipment. Custom labeling and private label packaging are also available for OEM and system integrator projects.
