SYY today announced the official expansion of its panel-mount waterproof connector portfolio, adding new pin configurations and cable assembly options to meet rising demand from industrial automation, outdoor infrastructure and IoT equipment sectors.
The expanded line maintains a strict IP67 ingress protection rating, delivering reliable dustproof and waterproof performance even in harsh environments with temporary immersion, heavy dust and wide temperature swings. All connectors feature reinforced locking mechanisms, corrosion-resistant housings and molded strain relief, designed for long-term installation in factory floors, solar systems, marine equipment and outdoor sensor networks.
“Across the industry, we’re seeing waterproof connectivity shift from a niche feature to a baseline requirement for field-deployed equipment,” said the SYY engineering team lead. “This expansion gives our customers more off-the-shelf options while still supporting full custom wiring assemblies for specific project needs.”
New additions include 2-pin to 12-pin configurations, both male and female panel-mount versions, with pre-assembled pigtail cable options in custom lengths. All products comply with RoHS and REACH standards, and are fully compatible with standard industrial cable gauges.
